SSP Larkana Meeting with The Larkana Chamber of Commerce and Industry Addresses Law and Order Concerns in Larkana City

The Executive Committee of The Larkana Chamber of Commerce and Industry met, chaired by Mr. Mir Rohal Khan Koso (S.S.P) Larkana, discussing the city's law and order issues. Mr. Ahmed Ali Sheikh expressed concerns over rising street crimes and urged for increased police presence, especially in busy markets. The business community pledged support for enhancing security. Mr. Koso expressed his views that he has observed progress in the city and if the business fraternity is convinced to contribute to improving security, they can help in controlling the environment of peace and security in the city. He agreed to monthly meetings with Chamber representatives.

Larkana Chamber of Commerce & Industry Extends Warm Welcome to Consul General Andrey Fedorov of Russia

Consul General Andrey Fedorov of Russia received a warm welcome at Sambara Inn by the Larkana Chamber of Commerce and Industry, chaired by Senior Vice President Abdul Wahid Sheikh. Consul General Abdul Wahid Sheikh expressed heartfelt regards to the Russian delegation, emphasizing the deep ties between Russia and Pakistan, and the historical significance of Larkana on the banks of the Indus River, near Moen Jo Daro. In response, Consul General Fedorov expressed gratitude and highlighted their visit to the ancient civilization of Moen Jo Daro, emphasizing its rich historical significance. He stressed the potential for stronger relations between Russia and Pakistan. The Executive Committee of the Larkana Chamber of Commerce & Industry, along with its members, including Vice President Poon Kumar, Khair Muhammad Sheikh, Muhammad Ali Sheikh, Muhammad Aslam Sheikh, Allah Dino, Abdul Rauf, Rustam Ali, Asif Raza, Asad Ali, Rasool Bukhsh, Badruddin Abro, Abdul Razzaq Brohi, Jamal Mustafi, Abdul Ghaffar, and Siraj-ud-Din, extended their gratitude .

LCCI meeting with Director of Sindh Technical Education Vocational Training Authority

A meeting was organized by the President LCCI Ahmed Ali Shaikh Sb with the Director of Sindh Technical Education Vocational Training Authority Karachi and his delegation at Chamber Office in order to promote the technical education and skill development programs such as Software Development, Accountings, Mobile Communication, Garments stitching, Rice Industries, and others for the students of Larkana Division. In this meeting Executive Committee Members and the Senior Members also attended.

Delegation of LCCI presented Congratulations to DIG Larkana

A delegation of Larkana Chamber of Commerce & Industry headed by President Mr. Ahmed Ali Shaikh met with Mr. Mazahar Nawaz Shaikh, DIG Larkana Division and they congratulated to DIG on his "Saadat of Umrah". The delegation discussed the current situation of Law & order in the city especially the robbery cases of Chemists & Druggists Association at different medical stores and others issues of increasing snatching of cash etc. Honourable DIG gave assurance that these issues will be solved shortly In this meeting Executive Committee Members, Former Presidents and others Senior Members were present.

SSP Larkana Dr. Muhammad Imran visited the Office of LCCI

A meeting was held with Dr. Muhammad Imran Khan, SSP, Asif Raza Baloch, S.P H/Q, Atif Rehman, ASP Larkana with Mr. Ahmed Ali Shaikh, President LCCI and other representatives of Chamber office. They discussed issues of Law & Order situation of Larkana such as robberies, snatching cash, mobile phone, motor bikes, traffic issues and time of entrance of trucks in Market, etc. Dr. Muhammad Imran, SSP Larkana assured to business community for resolving these issues with utmost efforts. In this meeting Abdul Wahid Shaikh, SVP, Executive Committee Members, Former Presidents, Chairman, Law & Order Committee and senior Members of LCCI were present.

Welcome Dinner in honour of High Commissioner of Bangladesh

The President of Larkana Chamber of Commerce & Industry arranged a Welcom Dinner in the honour of High Commissioner of Bangladesh Mr. Muhammad Roohal Alam Siddiqui in Larkana. Both sides discussed about boosting trade ties especially increasing export of Rice from Larkana to Bangladesh. President of LCCI presented a Memorial Shield to the coming guest and many business tycoons and industrialists were present at the occasion including Members of Executive Committee, Former Presidents and General Body Members of LCCI.

LCCI Delegation met with Ms. Shahida Parveen, AC Larkana

A delegation of LCCI comprising Mr. Ahmed Ali Shaikh President LCCI, Mr. Abdul Wahid Shaikh SVP, Former Presidents and Members of Executive Committee visited the office of Ms. Shahida Parveen, Assistant Commissioner Larkana in order to discuss various issues of Larkana such as encroachment, soft encroachment (materials on road kept by shopkeepers) entry timing of Loaded-Vehicles, Traffic challenges, etc. She assured that all possible steps will be taken for resolving issues of business community at earliest.

Annual General Body Meeting & Oath Ceremony

Year 2022-2023

The Annual General Body Meeting of LCCI was held at Pearl Garden Larkana. Mr. Badaruddin Abro, Election Commissioner LCCI announced the result of elections for the newly elected Office Bearers and Members of Executive Committee of LCCI for the Year 2021-2022. The Honourable Guest Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Senator and Ex-Speaker Sindh Assembly took oath from the newly elected body. The previous Office Bearers shared their performance and the new body shared their vision with general body members of Larkana Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
